Student Enrollment

Complete our Prospective Student/Waitlist Form
Once we have received your submission, we will review it and verify that we availability in the proper age group.
If we do have an opening for your student, you will receive an email with a link to our online enrollment form.
Once you have completed the online enrollment form, you will need to drop of a check or money order for the $110 registration fee. Please make check or money order payable to FMC.

Please note:

Student's must be 18 months or older by September 1st of the school year that you are enrolling for.
Your student’s spot is not guaranteed until the online enrollment form is completed and the registration fee is paid.
If your student is placed on the waitlist, you will receive a monthly reminder email (1st Friday of the month) that you are still on the list.
